The Case Management Institute is the first professional learning experience purpose-built for the Canadian context, designed specifically for those working in higher education student case management.
Grounded in established successful practices and evidence-based principles of case management and informed by social work theories, adult learning theories, and Canadian post-secondary practices, this four-part institute blends hands-on strategies with established field-specific knowledge to strengthen your confidence, competence, and coordination in supporting students through complex situations in alignment with institutional goals.
Whether you’re new to case management in a post-secondary setting, or looking to expand and deepen your practice, this institute offers a space to learn, reflect, and connect with peers who understand and navigate the realities of student care and conduct work on Canadian campuses.
